• Moving heavy items above 25 pounds
• Outdoor work, including balconies, decks, backyards, and exterior windows
• Removal of pet or human bodily fluids
• Infestation removal
• Cleaning beyond the reach of our professionals or telescopic poles (16 ft.)

What if I need to reschedule or cancel?
Life happens. If you need to reschedule or cancel, simply contact us at least 24 hours in advance. We’ll work with you to find a new time that suits your schedule. There is a fee associated with outright cancelling within one week of the scheduled service or rescheduling within 24 hours.
