Satisfaction Guarantee:


 • We are committed to delivering high-quality cleaning services. If you are not completely satisfied with our service, please contact us within 24 hours of your appointment.
 • We will re-clean any areas of concern at no additional cost to you.


Refund Policy:


 • If you are still not satisfied with our service after the re-cleaning, we will offer a full refund for the affected areas.
 • Refund requests must be made within 7 days of the original service date. Please contact our customer service team at contact@phxhomecleaning.com to initiate the refund process.
 • Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after approval.


Cancellation Policy:


 • We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance.
 • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled service may incur a cancellation fee of $50.
 • No-shows or same-day cancellations will be charged the full-service amount.


Modifications to Service:


 • If you need to make changes to your service (e.g., add or remove specific tasks), please contact us at least 24 hours before your appointment.
 • We will do our best to accommodate last-minute changes, but additional charges may apply for significant modifications.


Service Limitations:


 • Our team is dedicated to providing thorough cleaning services, but there are certain limitations. We do not offer refunds for services not performed due to circumstances beyond our control, such as lack of access to the property or safety concerns.


Damage and Breakage:


 • We take great care to handle your property with respect. In the unlikely event that damage or breakage occurs, please notify us immediately.
 • We will repair or replace the damaged item or provide a credit towards a future service.
 • Claims must be reported within 24 hours of the service.
